Ariell Cacciola is a writer and editor in London.

She is the Publisher and Editorial Director of Wild Hunt Books, a publishing house in South London that focuses on publishing new and emerging authors and is the Founding Editor of The Wild Hunt magazine. As a publisher, she is a member of the Independent Publishers Guild and the Society of Young Publishers.

Her work has appeared in various magazines, journals and anthologies, and translates from German to English. Her translations have received project grants to travel to both Germany and Austria to collaborate with authors on their work.

She holds a Master of Fine Arts in Fiction from Columbia University’s School of the Arts where she received a merit fellowship and literary translation fellowship. She is also a graduate of the Faber Academy in London, United Kingdom.

As a writer, she is finishing her first novel while also writing short stories.

In 2021, she received a Ladies of Horror Fiction grant.
In 2022, she won the BPA Pitch Prize and was awarded a bursary from the Arts Council England for the Free Reads Scheme.
In 2023, she received a grant from the Arvon Foundation.
